Should the state keep the wraps and gloves of fighters after the fight? Should they keep them forever as evidence?

    gloves ain't cheap, either.

However, they could require that a commissioner be present when gloves and wraps are removed from the fighters for inspection at that time. At a minimum, the signature on the wraps could be checked.
