NY commission said Nazim is not part of Miguel Cotto's team, so he cannot witness Margarito hand being wrap. But 3 minutes ago one official of the commission said okay FUCK IT you can have him witness, but a minute later they said NO to Nazim again.


So Cotto instead sent his trainer who up to a few years ago was a trainer to amateur fighters, different style of wrapping, etc.
