They punch each other in head and body for 3 minutes at a time. Sit down on stools in corners for a minute inbetween rounds and rest / listen to trainer's instructions and then go back for 3 more minutes of punching each other in the head and body. Eventually two things will happen Erratic. Either A one guy hits the other guy so hard that the other guy can't continue or B they fight for 12 rounds and at the end the guy who landed more punches to the head and body wins a decision.
