Sorry, I'll never side with the guy who balks at taking a drug test. It was a perfectly reasonable request and there isn't a clean athlete in the world who wouldn't want to defend his name and expel all doubt.

Pacquiao's litany of stupid excuses dampens that theory, but to play devil's advocate, it's perfectly plausable that someone of Pacquiao's status in boxing would simply not want to be dictated to.

Floyd has done pretty much everything he can to prove that he's a clean fighter. I respect that.

 

And if Pacquiao declined, why do you think Floyd would not take the fight anyway? Power trip? Fear? Moral fibre?
