How many of you who in the past have purchased PBF and Pacquiao's PPV events, think you willl find it unnecessary to do so in May, unless the two are facing each other? My plan, in both instances, is to wait for the replay. Fuck paying more into this bull-shit. Fuck being part of the problem.

I'd buy it if Pac fights Bradley or Floyd fights Martinez. Otherwise, no.

    I agree with this.

I haven't bought a Pacquiao fight since Cotto (the Margarito fight was boycotted due to Margarito tho, not Pac) and I didn't buy Floyd's last fight vs. Ortiz. I'm a sucker for PPV's also. Unless these guys are fighting an upper echelon TOP TIER P4P fighter, then it will have to be vs. each other for me to buy.

And you know what? It'll make no odds whatsoever

I did NOT purchase Pacquiao vs. Marquez IV....and won't order any Pacquiao fight unless he is fighting Mayweather or Martinez and maybe Cotto.

I order Mayweather vs. Ortiz like a dumb ass...but won't order any other PPV of Mayweather unless he fight Pac, Cotto or Martinez.

I get invited to my neighbors to watch them all for free. I haven't actually paid for a boxing PPV in a while.

Haven't bought a PPV in at least 4 years, don't plan on doing it any time soon. Stream or Sopcast is good enough for me

I had a friend once. Died. I ate him. Nobody knew where he went. Giggled at the hounds smelling my belly.

I haven't watched a fight involving either since Floyd beat Hatton and Manny beat Cotto. All other fights are superflous. Anyone who watches either of these fucking cunts is contributing to the slow, agonising death of our beloved sport.

Why do you think I post here? None of my fucking friends know shit about boxing. They're all gravitating towards UFC more and more everyday too.

Good point. I don't have a single friend, except my own brother and father, who gives a shit about boxing.

Good point Whiskey. Nobody I know cares about boxing either. One guy follows it somewhat some big fights and whatnot but that's all..

There's nothing wrong with continuing to watch either fighter, but I don;t see the justification for either continuing to appear on PPV unless it's against each other.

I agree with *Z* that Floyd-Martinez and - to a lesser degree - Pac-Bradley could be exceptions to that rule. But Floyd-Martinez is NOT happening in May, so it's a moot point.

Unless Pac-Cotto II takes place at the true 154 lb. limit, I don't have any interest in that fight, and don't buy into the theory that Cotto is suddenly reborn. He fought three guys designed to make him look great post-Pac - and quite frankly didn't look GREAT in any of those fights.

If Floyd winds up fighting Guerrero, Golden Boy Promotions should never, ever again speak about the future of the sport or criticize anything done by Top Rank. Ever.

If Floyd takes on Serg Marinez I will pay. I can't think of anyone I would pay to see Pac fight.

I read that Guerrero was out of the running. Market research probably showed that it was a bridge too far for duping the public with another undersized no-hoper.

Yes, that's what has been reported. I don't believe it to be completely dead, though. Floyd "has" to fight somebody on May 5. So far we just know that it's not Pacquiao.

I still say Pacquiao should fight Martinez at 160. He wins and I'd say he's the greatest fighter ever. Go for it Pac. :bears:

He might have small chance if Martinez goes all the way down to 150-151...at 154 Martinez as much as I hate him, will beat Pacquiao' ass.

Agreed. But we both know neither of these guys would dream of fighting on anything but a PPV show. And therein lies the problem. These guys would be stupid to take such unnecessary risks. Hence, PBF/Ortiz.

I'm really only interested in Floyd or Pac vs. Martinez if the bout is at 160. Don't care otherwise.
