That was not my reference, it was a joke. That being said, dont lie about me wanting to turn FB into an MMA forum. That was never the case.

You seem to still feel like i did. I will clarify. I did not want fightbeat to become an MMA board.

I made a thread asking what the members would think about making General Boxing Discussion board to be a general fight discussion board. Where both boxing and MMA would be discussed together instead of sperately. Similar to how fightnews does both boxing and MMA news together. The mods were discussing ways to increase traffic and change everything up after the new owners came aboard. We simply asked the forum what they think. The board decided it wasnt a good idea left the idea alone. But never once was the idea to turn fightbeat into an MMA board. My argument was that since the name of this site is called FIGHTbeat, not boxbeat, it would be very easy to cover all aspects of the fight game. But again, that was just an idea being mulled over after the new owners took over.

 

When and how would you and i and Steve-Dave have a conversation? That being said, i never said the part in bold. I would never do that. if you can produce something that shows otherwise, i will apologize and admit i was wrong. But that does not look like something i would say. I would never phase boxing out of anything.
