    Hide was one of those guys who looked astonishing when he destroyed bums yet was useless against the best. He walked through Tony Tucker in two rounds, and at the time Tucker still had something left even though he was old. Byrd is better than anyone Hide beat but stylistically he is a near-perfect opponent for Herbie
