Pacquiao was way bigger though if memory serves. I know he was MUCH bigger by the rubber match.

Oh ok, yeah he did start to fill out more around this time, I guess I just assumed it was natural bulking up, steroids didn't even cross my mind.

I think I've told you this before - but my experiences with other sports like baseball have kinda shit on my optimism when someone does something unprecedented while constantly getting bigger.

they're both to blame, but Floyd proved just how truly stupid - and arrogant - he is by not allowing public perception to speak for itself.

He knew damn well that anything less than 50/50 was going to be a dealbreaker and didn't need to personally call Pacquiao for a fight that was never going to happen in May. He could've left well enough alone but instead chose to go big dick, with his actions officially once again killing pretend negotiations.

With Marquez it's far more obvious than both Pacquiao and Roidereem, you stupid cunt. You'd have to be blind not to see that Juany boy is juiced upto his eyeballs.

Yep yep, I remember. Honestly, pre Pacquiao steroid talk, it's simply not something that crossed my mind at all. I don't watch any other sports, just boxing and MMA for me, and MMA has far more obvious juicers.

Smoke & mirrors. Tweeting somebody & calling them a punk & ringing & demanding more than 50%...That's not negotiating. It's being a brat, & trying to con people into thinking he wanted the fight. Most people (as this thread seems to suggest) aren't so easily fooled.

I must admit, I did think the Pac-Marquez fight would give PBF more confidence...

    It's like this:

Say Manny agrees to Floyd's demands.....Floyd comes up with another roadblock

Say Floyd agrees to Manny (or Bob's) demands.....Manny or Bob comes up with another roadblock

    Team Pacquiao: It's THEIR fault!
Team Mayweather: No, it's THEIR fault!!!

This has become the most boring boxing 'story' I can remember in my lifetime. They are both complete and utter cunts and the damage they are doing to boxing is incalcuble. I hope Pac dies of roid rage and Floyd is bummed to death by a group of 'his homies' in a filthy prison shower room.

They will regret this situation in a few years when they finally fight and nobody cares. This is like Jones Jr-Hopkins 2 all over again. When they rematched they couldn't even give tickets away because nobody cared.

It's sad really that guys can't sit down and work out a way to split $100,000,000 +

While both have a claim to blame, I blame Floyd significantly more.

Floyd is the one who conjured up the original roadblock to this fight years ago. Most everything since then from Pacman's side has simply been reactionary to that. Floyd's the one who's jerked our chain more, the punk who'd pop up now every now and then only to blow smoke in our faces.

Manny isn't like that. The guy honestly strikes me as simpleminded to a considerable degree. He's simply not smart and wily enough to play these ridiculous mind games. Floyd is. And that to me is a significant factor in telling us who exactly is doing all he can to avoid the fight, but, at the same time, craftily mitigate guilt by having Pacman share some of the blame. And you have to admit, that's also pretty smart.

Floyd OVERPRICED himself but his Desire To Fight Pac Seemed as GENUINE as it ever has, for what it's Worth...Pac has Wanted the Fight from Day 1, but Bob Arum was ALSO a Culprit in this Latest Round of Negotiations NOT Panning Out...

Either Way, 2012 is THE LAST Year REED Will Waste, Giving a Fuck about a Mayweather-Pacquiao Fight....

If they both really wanted the fight they would sit down and make a deal. This fight has been talked about since late 2008 it's now early 2012. It doesn't take long to make a deal. I don't think either really cares if they fight.

But it's Getting Progressively CLOSER to That, in Fact, this Latest Back & Forth is THE CLOSEST we've Come to Mayweather-Pacquiao Actually Happening...

It's to the Point that Pac & Floyd R On the Phone THEMSELVES, Discussing the Fight...Michael Koncz is Flying to the States to Speak w/Floyd PERSONALLY...The YES Men & MIDDLE Men R Being Left Out of the Process More & MORE...

It isn't close at all. They have had 3 years plus to make the biggest fight ever happen. The winner is recognized as one of the GOAT boxers. The fight should have happened already. Instead the teams act like they are too important to even call each other to make it happen.

You're Preaching to the CHOIR...REED Wants to See Mayweather-Pacquiao as Much as ANYBODY Else Does...

The Contractual Dalliances R OLD, TIRED & BEYOND Frustrating, but REED Honestly Thinks the FACT that Floyd & Manny R LITERALLY Discussing This Fight Amongst THEMSELVES is a Somewhat Encouraging Sign...

    But "Like I Said Before",.....

It's 2012 or BUST, as Faaaaaaaaar as REED's Concerned...

You have more patience than me Mister REED. I'll get excited about this fight when, and only when, the beel sounds for round one and those two are coming out of their respective corners towards each other. Until then, they can both fuck off.

Floyd never intended to fight Manny in May, he was negotiating with Cotto since December. You know, actual negotiating. Not calling him out on twitter.

Manny was negotiating with Cotto as well. Reason why it didn't happen was weight.

Roach even says that he wanted a rematch with Cotto.

Yep, that's about the gist of it.

If they wanted to make the fight, they would have done, and it would have happened already.

I can't believe anyone still thinks otherwise.

See? Pbf is trying to play it off that pacquiao ducked him, according to his twitter. This is why the poll is important - to set the record straight. Regardless of what pbf would have us believe, he ducked pacquiao.

Well, judging from the poll results, you can debate whether it was pbf's fault or both that the fight didn't get made, but it's clear nobody blames pacquiao solely, as pbf is trying to suggest.
