If so, what PED's do you think they are on, how long have they been taking them, and what difference do you think it makes to them???

Guys have been clear juicers since day 1. That, and most of their fights are fixed anyway.

Can you expand on the "juicers since day one" bit. Please, you are not writing for Beaver Pelt Monthly now. We like details and sources.

Maybe you are good, give me some sources. Quotes. Something like the Evan Fields story, something that will stand up in the Court of Public Opinion.

I believe they both take steroids. The old Soviet system was based on them so it has been a normal habit for them from the junior days and there is no real testing in pro boxing anyway

The Old Soviet System that collapsed in....1990, 1991???

Is it "Normal Habit" for amateur boxers to be on steroids??? Because they turned pro in 1996 after the ATLANTA OLYMPICS {and everyone knows, WADA Olympic standards are the best!!!! RIGHT REED???} so in 1996 there was no Soviet System, they went to Germany in any case......

....not even David Haye made any accusations.

Why didn't Vitali box at those Atlanta Olympics again?

Its all here- documented in this well-respected article written by a proper journalist at a proper paper. It is also discussed at length by Vitali in his Autobiography

    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/ot...04/Boxing-Klitschko-admits-steroid-abuse.html

Now, I have read ALL of Holyfields books, he even signed them for me...and he does not discuss the Evan Fields phone call at all.

The drugs admission is made in Vitali's autobiography, which has just been released and so far is available only in German. In it, Klitschko reveals that he turned to steroids after aggravating an old leg injury he had sustained in a kick-boxing tournament.

"He went to a normal Ukrainian doctor who gave him something that would heal it, but he didn't check the doping list," Boente said.

Klitschko admits that it was a steroid - and shortly afterwards the substance showed up in a routine drug test.

"They are not keeping this a secret," Boente said. "You have to remember this was the Ukraine of eight or nine years ago. Things are very different now.

"At first he was totally angry. He couldn't believe it."

In his eight-year professional career, Klitschko has been tested routinely for banned substances, including steroids, and has always been clean.

Tests for steroids are normal in Germany, where he had the majority of his contests during his rise to the championship.

I'm glad we are finally having a frank, open and informative discussion on this topic, one to rival if not outright surpass the frank, open and informative discussion we have had on Roy Jones, JC Chavez Jr, Manny Pacquaio and <strike>Evander Holyfield</strike> Evan Fields.

Its what makes free countries so great, this exchange of information, this equality of research and sourcing.

The system collapsed yes, but the trainers and training methods did not. Klitshkos have learned their trade from the same gyms, you know that.

Steroids have been a normal habit to amateur athletes (once who compete in Olympics) all around the world. There are no surprise tests during training seasons in Ukraine (which are the only kind of tests that are of any use) and I am pretty sure they have not been tested in Germany or US either. Tests after fights are the same as Olympic tests: mainly useless since you have to be stupid to get caught. The same way as Marion Jones admittedly juiced through her career yet never got caught.

And Haye probably didn't make any accusations because his own body tells everything you need to know

What about Furosemide "EL Feroz" Chavez Jr??

Here is what I found out about Furosemide:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Furosemide

Furosemide (INN) or frusemide (former BAN) is a loop diuretic used in the treatment of congestive heart failure and edema. It is most commonly marketed by Sanofi-Aventis under the brand name Lasix. It has also been used to prevent Thoroughbred and Standardbred race horses from bleeding through the nose during races.

Along with some other diuretics, furosemide is also included on the World Anti-Doping Agency's banned drug list due to its alleged use as a masking agent for other drugs.

When Vitali quits, criticism of the big pussy is shouted down with tales of his phd in sports medicine and how he "knows his body."

He tests positive for steroids and suddenly he doesn't know what was going into his body, just like Fernando Vargas!

  23. Irish

    Irish Yuge, Beautiful

But...you didn't hear it being brought up before, did you??

KauKipKr is correct. Nobody wants to talk steroids, because everyone is afraid.

Ironically, the only guy who volunteered to WADA testing was Wlad, and the only guy who openly discusses a failed test, in an AutoBio, of all places, is Vitali.

Yet, Furosimide Chavez......we have to go to badlefthook.com to get the dirt on him.

Not to worry. We can always make-believe and have fun with exciting fights with Floyd and Underrated Cotto.

Furosemide isn't a PED, it's just an effective way of cutting water rapidly.

    Adverse effects

Although disputed,[3] it is considered ototoxic: "usually with large parenteral doses and rapid administration and in renal impairment"[4] Furosemide also can lead to gout.

The tendency, as for all loop diuretics, to cause low potassium levels (hypokalemia) has given rise to combination products, either with potassium itself (e.g. Lasix-K) or with the potassium sparing diuretic of amiloride (Co-amilofruse)

    Irish Yuge, Beautiful

And if cutting water enhances your ability to make weight, thus making the fight, what does that say about enhancing your performance? How well do you fight if you can't make weight?? Not well at all. It also helps mask other substances.

If its not a PED, why bother testing for it, why bother fining for it???

Its a performance enhancing drug. In this case, literally.
