In all seriousness though Arsenal have been atrocious for the past month excluding last weekend. I just watched the first half on the game very Sunderland and it was utter rubbish. It's 3am here so I'll be giving the 2nd half a miss after that. Hopefully Ox or Van Persie can pull something out of their ass and then we can pretend everything is all good for another week.
We never see you for months and then Liverpool lose and hey presto!! I mean, I exercised discretion when Arsenal lost there 8-2 so...:dunno: Liverpools worst performance in defeat was all of 4 months ago. Wenger is locked into a struggle with Liverpool and Chelsea for fourth, only one can get it, if Liverpool miss it, Dalglish will keep his job, but I am not sure of AVB or Wenger.
No need to apologise...Liverpool were brutal. No desire in the second half, we didn't even try in that game. We got a lucky goal that made us look slighty better. I agree on Bellamy, apparently he is not capable of starting all these games, better to protect him. Downing - OUT. I gave this smuck a chance, game over get OUT. Spearing is a good lad (and this is not based on todays game) but he is 'limited' He is like a bad version of the bed version of Lucas. - What a shame he got injured. As for the shaking hands debacle, I didnt see it :: ..... didnt Rio refused to shake Saurez's hand ?? Good for the goose... Evra has little man syndrome, we all know that.. That Gordan Taylor fella is a right mug - his horrible head should be banned from TV.
It took what 3 years for Lucas to turn into the player Liverpool wanted/needed, then he does his knee. A shame for him and Liverpool.
I wasnt here when Arsenal won 7-1 last week either ya know :dunno: I just dont have the time to watch as much football these days. I do take plearue in seeing Liverpool lose, especially scumbags like Suarez. Nothing against you. Wenger will keep the job for as long as he wants it.
Well he matured, he's still in his very early 20's, no?? His treatment by the boo-boys was inappropriate. Frustration and dismay are acceptable of course but its not like he makes up stories so no need to boo. The shame of it is that he was hurt playing in a game Liverpool had already as-good-as-won, 2-0 up vs Chelsea in the CC Quarters. He is vastly improved. He's a good player, and well worth the £5m paid to Gremio for him. Thankfully he is not an athletic or speed based player, the injury won't set him back too much. Best performance from his probably Chelsea {A} in the league, the game just after Torres fucked off.
It sure did, they guy had form in South America but it still took him a long time to settle - hopefully he will come back stronger..
Suarez isn't a scumbag. A scumbag is somebody who moves to England, puts his family on the Welfare, then plugs his fat-ass into going around trying to get people to blow themselves up and kill fags and murder soldiers and burn poppies. Thats a scumbag. Will Abu Qatada be front page tomorrow. Nooooooooooo. But Suarez will. Why? Cos Fergie said so. Of course, Fergie doesn't need to use the buses or the rail, so why should he care, great hero of the working man that he is. Football as a spectator sport is dead. Its been ruined by asshole pundits and the fact that I have to pay money to a phone-hacking, war-mongering organization to watch the games. But forget Murdoch and the Poppy-Burners. Get Suarez.:wack:
Nah, Swansea are 9 points ahead and it's looking like Norwich will be 11 points ahead of us. Both will be safe this season.
Suarez is a cunt. Sorry Irish, but he is an indefensible cunt. By defending him over and over, Dogleish is dragging the very good name of Liverpool FC and their supporters through the shite. MTF
Great results for NUFC today. Now all we have to do is take something from Spurs with our first choice midfield unavailable... MTF
Disagree. Sorry. Fuck the high-mindedness that goes on. The mainstream English body-politic and media are bigoted and have been since the day dot. Ferguson has the people well figured out, service their need to see the outsider put in his place, and they will pipe you aboard their little vessel like you were a blessed Admiral. Ferguson also said Benitez was "Beneath Contempt", an allegtion which went unchallenged by the same media who want Suarez burned at the stake.
Just one question: if the matter, as was so eminently pointed out by the respected and learned Gordon Taylor, could not and should not be resolved with a hand-shake, then why the furore over the lack of a hand-shake, which itself seemed to stem as much from Evra's side as anybody elses. If Suarez shook his hand, it would have been deemed an acceptance of his guilt. If Evra was truly abused by Suarez, he would not have wanted to shake his hand. If Suarez felt he had been stitched up by Evra, then he would not have wanted to shake hands either. Anyways, it says a lot about England that former MP's are calling for Suarez to be deported by the Home Secretary on the very weekend which saw Abu Qatada allowed to continue to thumb his nose at the British people. Blatter said that these issues should be resolved by a handshake. England went mad. Suarez/Evra refused to shake hands. England went mad. Qatada must be made up.
Dude, I care less about Taggart than I do about the 'mainstream english body-politic'. Neither of which has anything to do with the fact that Suarez is an unapologetic racist cunt. He is literally indefensible. Unless you happen to be Dogleish, it seems, for he will defend this goon. The result is a shameful t-shirt wearing episode and an Oldham player crying in rage as Scousers scream racial abuse at him. The whole thing is dragging LFC through the dirt. MTF
He was guilty. If he wasn't, why was he found so and why did he not appeal? Gordon Taylor? :l1:And don;t start that crap about Evra being involved in the non-handshake. I've seen it about five times and Suarez clearly and deliberately walked straight past him. Evra's side my fucking arse. MTF
Which is what it really comes down to. As for this Oldham player whom "Scouser screamed Racial abuse at"....how many Scousers, and what happened with the case??? Liverpool got dragged through the dirt before. We saw how that panned out.
My dislike of dogleish is irrelevant. Suarez is a racist cunt and is indefenisble in this case. Liverpool FC had to issue a public apology after the Oldham incident and people were arrested. This came immediately after dogleish had publically defended Suarez. Of course, you will claim this is a coincidence or the fault of some media agenda somehow. MTF
Et Tu Feebles? You're as bad as the rest :dunno: Anyone with a half an education, especially in light of the past weeks activity down in London, could tell you that the FA are not trustworthy, any more than their expert panel. EVEN at that...the FA went to PAINS to claim that they did not believe Suarez was a racist. How safe is a finding by three men considered to be when they reach a conclusion of such narrow definition, viz that a man used racist language, but was not himself racist? If there was still coal in the mines, then why didn't you keep mining it? Liverpool FC knew there was no point in wrestling the 800lb Gorilla forever, anymore than working class people could keep running into a windmill of hooves and batons forever. Sometimes you just stick your finger up and keep moving. Conveniently, this was avoided for John Terry, a nice neat abandonment of the handshake procedure.
How do you KNOW he is racist??? Liverpool issued a public apology? For what? Ah fuck off, this conclusion that Dalgleish is behind a BNP-esque wave of hatred.....that's Thatcherite in its baseness.
Bollocks. There is no mystery here, no agenda, no nothing. It is simply the fact that Suarez is racist. It is simply another fact that his behaviour today was deplorable. The man could have started a fucking riot. MTF
Because he said racist things. That's usually good evidence of racism I think. For the racism of the bloke who insulted the Oldham player. They felt moved to defend their record on inclusion and discrimination: "Our supporters are renowned throughout the world for their outstanding commitment, passion and fairness. They are drawn from nationalities across the globe with widely diverse backgrounds and heritages. The actions of any one individual do not represent our fans. Their stance on these issues is just as resolute as the club's. We have a very clearly stated public stance on discrimination and intolerance with dedicated staff that work hard daily on programs in this important area. Regarding the incident that occurred on Friday evening, we have given Merseyside police every possible assistance we can and will continue to provide the necessary support to their investigation in order to ensure this particular incident is dealt with properly. We will continue to take the strongest possible action(s) against unacceptable behaviour during our matches." Dogleish is trying to establish a siege mentality at the club. Nothing wrong with that per se; it can be good management in fact. But he is rallying behind the wrong fucking cause. MTF
