Batman. I'm not familiar with the director of Avengers, so I'm not too excited about it. I'll watch it though. I wanna see how Batman ends, and I hope it's not some open-ended shitty ending like Inception.

Batman will be more serious. Avengers will be more fun. Christopher Nolan has been on a roll, but Avengers will have a more interesting mix of characters. It's difficult to pick one.

  9. Roll With The Punches

The Dark Knight lived up to every bit of hype I heard about it....so I hope the next one is good

  10. I don't care how 'serious' or how 'dark' a comic-book/movie is.

I want to see 'HULK SMASH!!'...I want to see 'BY ODIN'S BEARD!! and I wanna see 'AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!!'!!

Batman and it isnt even close.

    Batman, by some distance.

  16. Both will be great. Of course Batman would be a more "mature" film and so the resident liberal movie elitists that love the smell of Chris Nolan's behind and frequent international film festivals, would act like they look forward to that one more.

But I'm sure everyone is anticipating "The Avengers" just as much if not more.

I mean...shiiiiiiiiiiit....hulk, thor, Ironman etc in the same film? :partie:

I hope Batman bangs the catwoman in this movie. That would be cool. I'm tired of these PG comic book movies. We need more rated R ones.

I have a hard time believing "The Avengers" isn't going to be one big clusterfuck.

Director choice is interesting though. Same guy who directed "Serenity", which would be on my "Under-rated Sci-Fi Movies of All-Time List", if I had one.

Nah michael keaton and michelle Pfipher or however you spell her name.
    Batman Returns.

  26. You mean, by the UK's Tom Hardy?
A good actor, but like Jeremy Renner, NOT the next 'Marlon Brando' or whatever he's being tagged as...

  27. But like Nobleart suggested - there's a good chance they'll fuck it all up.

'Batman Begins' and 'The Dark Knight' were good movies...but I'm not into all the pdark-pseudo-intellectualism that goes wth them.

Plus, why haven't they dealt with 'Batman-Was-A-Gayboy' yet and introduced Robin?

Brando was overrated. That being said, Hardy will be a huge star after Bane. His performance in Bronson was one of the best performances out there.

Arent they basing this batman off a specific Graphic novel?

Nobody wants to see Robin in one of these movies. :nono:

Last time he made an appearance it nearly ruined the actors career, unfairly smeared an otherwise decent directors entire career and made for the most mocked film in the franchise.
