It is rather telling that Floyd - still a lightweight according to the odd Floyd groupie - looks the same size as the current WBA light middleweight champ.

An actual lightweight would look fucking small next to either Floyd or Cotto. A bit like Marquez did against Floyd actually

    Blah blah...

Floyd is the best! His style is impetuous and his defense is impregnable...etc. He'll beat them all, regardless. :kidcool:

Ortiz never celebrated when he quit. I'll give him that much. There is a certain protocol to be followed after retiring and it doesn't involve wild celebration. At least Ortiz managed to look downhearted.

How come you don't go to Rios-Gamboa instead. Tickets are on sale 2nd March and half of the tickets will be $100 or less. Most expensive tickets are $250. IMO it will be a better fight than Mayweather-Cotto.

Not surprised. The 600s I looked at were nose bleeds. Couldn't figure where the 200s and 300s would have ended up.

I haven't looked into it. I don't cover boxing - and if I did go, I wouldn't want to be working. That's my holidays man!

But yeah I'd say I would be able to get credentialed if I covered my own travel and filed a story or something.

Yeah, it kinda sucks. Had the weeks booked off for a while now. There's some boxing in Montreal that I'm gonna catch the weekend before I go home.

Plus Broner knocks out Gamboa quicker than Rios but he knocks them both out.

Please 2 or 3 removed from struggling Ponce De Leon....and now Broner is some world beater...

Rios would punk him and Gamboa will show him real boxing craft. None of that 2nd rate shoulder rolll and biting Mayweather's style.

What? Every time he is in with an over match opponent he look a bit like Mayweather, but he look more like a C level Mayweather jr when he struggles against opponents.

Thats how it works. It's like the last days of WW2, Germans be getting promoted faster than fuck. 14 year olds walking around with the Iron Cross with Oak Leaves.

Devon Alexander, Broner, Russell- its the last desperate line, flung up against the Beast from the East.:dancingBaby::dancingBaby:

After careful consideration I think Cotto's best chance at winning some rounds is boxing PBF. No one has tried this recently that I can remember. It's clear PBF will stand his ground like he did Mosley and Ortiz. I cant see how Cotto can have any success trying to pressure him. The left hook tot he body can change things around but breaking through PBF defense is a major task that very little fights have been able to due.

Ahhh you SHUT UP the only beast from the east you have is those two feminine brothers from the Ukraine one who couldn't beat the best african fighter he faced, even though the black guy was past his best and under trained. And the other has been Ko'ed a few times by africans americans, south africans, etc..etc...
