    I don't think Mormeck is a top 20 heavy, but Wlad's chin doesn't warrant 50-1 odds against anyone with a pulse and Mormeck has a pulse.

    He was a quality cruiser circa 2005ish. I'm pretty sure that's when he stopped Big Truck. I interviewed Braithwaite leading up to that fight on my radio show, so it must have been 2005.

    Mormeck was then stopped by O'Neil Bell, who was coming off a gift against Dale Brown. Mormeck beat Bell in the rematch because of open scoring. He was up big after 8 and literally ran away knowing that if he stayed up he'd him on points.

    But yeah, his last quality win was against Wayne Braithwaite seven years ago at cruiser. It's also worth noting that Braithwaite sucked.
