If this had taken place after the Hatton fight I wouldn't even be entertaining the thought of Bradley winning, but father time has evened this up a bit. I still favour Pacquiao but he really hasn't looked the same fighter for a while now.

Ike you're kind of missing the point though, which is Pacquiao isn't the same fighter that trounced Hatton and Cotto.

He's nowhere near shot either, but he looked downright tepid against Shane and Marquez, and Bradey is exactly the kind of fighter to expose a lack of fire and balls.

cdogg, not sure I agree on your first point. Isn't it just working for the sake of working? How is Bradley much different to the average pressure fighter? He doesn't have much power, but he forces guys to fight and breaks them down, and it generally works pretty well, like against Alexander for example, basically made him quit.

Irish, I can all but guarantee you Bradley won't stop trying. I know it's hard to say that when he hasn't faced anyone anywhere near as good as Pacquiao, but he seems to be a very determined fighter. I'll be amazed if he settles for a decision loss. Bear in mind he hasn't come close to losing either, afaik.

What might hurt Bradley's chances is his lack of power, the one knock on him IMO at elite level. Pacquiao has faced much harder punchers, and Bradley's won't be anything to worry about. At the same time, Bradley isn't completely feather fisted and isn't afraid to let his hands go, so he's not the kind of guy you can just walk down without a care in the world.

For someone considered feather fisted, both Alexander and Peterdude were pretty discouraged with Bradley's offense.

WOULDN'T WORRY BRO. Bradley hasn't the power to hurt pAC OR the chin to win a decision. I like Bradley. He went from being a semiscrub to a decent fighter. Once he got that belt he has done nothing but get better. Pac is just too good even if he is past his best mentally and physically. ROACH IS AN ASSHOLE, but he isn't dumb. Bradley was selected because he will force Many to crush him. Bradley doesn't know any other way to fight but straight ahead.

The odds could be 1000:1 and you'd still be wasting your money.

I could be sitting here an hour after the fight has taken place, after bradley has beaten pac and be brimming with delight that i backed him. I'm going to take a pop at this. If it falls through then so be it.

I might too...but as I say, the entire thing seems a bit Pac-friendly, an active non puncher brave enough to take chances? Bradley is not near-shot enough at all to get the Hatton treatment, and its likely he'll have a good camp, but Pac is faster and hits harder, the perfect blend to keep an active hustler quiet.

Bradley is going to push Manny to the limit...Pacquiao has fought stronger, harder hitting fighters in the past, but he hasn't face anyone with Bradley speed in a while....maybe ever.

Pac biggest advantage over the last few years has been his speed hands and feet in this fight he will still have that advantage, but just slightly. I think Bradley might shock the world.

You should ban yourself for being such a chode, what is there not to like about "wald pussy"?

    But the story is this.

JOM called him "wald pussy" by mistake.

    Irish highlighted the error.

    I highlighted the error again.

    steve dave made it official.
