It can't be done. It'd be stereotypical and you know that, DM. From what I've seen of the top calibre practitioners, being extremely driven is a must, but I think that goes for top calibre practitioners of any competitive endeavour.
You can't generalize Brazilian FIGHTERS. Some prefer standing, some are great on the ground, some don't care where the fight goes. It's becoming more and more true in boxing, of Mexican, Puerto Rican and African-Americans FIGHTERS. They are all becoming HYBRIDS.
