Clear wide decision for Brook, maybe 120-108 on some cards but the 119-109 variety for sure. Brook got a soft knockdown.

BTW what is it with Ingle fighters, they seem to have similarities you'd imagine would be genetic. For example, Hamed, Nelson, The Shitter, and Brook all have highly annoying faces and a weird stance that looks like they have their head strapped to a stick that's fastened between their buttocks.

People call Euro fighters "upright", look no further than an Ingle fighter if you want an upright stance, it's absurd, their stances look a bit like the John L Sullivan era ::

I like Macklin and wish him well for tonight but I really wish he'd shut the fuck up about the Sturm fight. It was a close fight that could have gone either way (I had Sturm pulling it out in the late rounds), hardly a Lewis-Holyfield type robbery like he makes out.

Yeah, its a recurring theme, and to be bringing it up against the backdrop of the rip-off on the Brook under-card is a bit rich. Mack was hanging on at the very end of the Sturm fight. Sturm puts on the ear-muffs and lets you bang away, Martinez won't. I am of course rooting for Macklin, but his best chances are if Martinez has gotten old overnight, or forgotten to take his speed pills.

 

Rodriguez isnt good enough to spar with Ward, Bute, and Froch.
