To be fair I fully expect King Kenneth and Steve Clarke to turn up for the semi final press conference dressed as Zig & Zag.
Nice on the face of it, especially if cardiff, swansea etc were involved, you'd likely end up with something more on the Dutch/Portugese level than Scottish.....but the Celtic team bus in East Belfast? 15k Rangers fans drinking in Dublin? The potential for frothing spastic overload, large.
I cannot wait to see who comes fourth. Feebles was talking the other day about the one goal Newcastle needed to alter the course of footballing history when United won at Newcastle years ago, but.......if they can come fourth, who knows, it could just be a changing point in the general dynamic- it might well send Spurs and Chelsea spiraling.
Shaun Derry sent off and United get a penalty for a dive by Ashley Young. Then Franco DiSanto is booked for asking for a player to be booked, then Victor Moses goal is disallowed. :dunno:
Can you feel it, its coming...."Late controversy from the DW where 9 Wigan players collapse allowing Paul Scholes to tap in from 3 yards. Al Habsi sent off for being bald."
Yes, we've established that, now for something more serious......Wolves are gone, finished, and good riddance too.
Yeah I know, I have been prodding and poking with my predoze for a United defeat or draw, it was out there, just felt the "Rump Rangers" might get it at Old Toilet.
I was looking at that Wigan/United game a few hours before kickoff imagining Wigan getting a result at home to them.......had a feeling they would :wack:. Although United have a great record record against them, this season has thrown up a few surprises and this is another one :limp:. Wigan do create chances and have lately proven quite handy, but United were rightfully favourites. I still think United will win the title, but it's become slightly more interesting now. That Citeh/United game still could prove itself as the defining moment Citeh blow or win this title :crafty:
I said, if we scroll back far enough, as early as the 1-6 hammering vs City, that United would win the title. Its a combination of factors- City being too green, Mancini being too green, too many teams too happy to roll over and let United win easily etc etc.
I will personally felch the gingery down out of Monarch Moyes' butthole if Everton go there and win. Needless to say, David "Understudy-To-Fergie" Moyes will probably reserve all of his managerial talent for the Cup Semi Final and then bemoan his "tired" squads travails in a gutsy 3-0 defeat to United. :wack:
