So since getting some oral surgery done I have not been to martial arts in like 2 months almost. I went back today and it is crazy how sore my legs are already! Even though oven been running,modding y pushups and situps and. Chinups.l I'm sore! The kicking and I think the suicides really got me!
You think you're sore. I climbed rope 4 times yesterday with weight strapped over my shoulder. Then today I was throwing axes for over an hour. My bicep tendons are screaming at me right now, and it's been a few hours since I was throwing them. I have to go grab some ice packs for my biceps and triceps.
Oh yeah....well peep this. I did 200 crunches yesterday followed by an hour at the gym and 1 hour sex marathon last night and I just rode my bicycle with my wife and our two kids for over an hour. Fuck that pussy ass axe throwing, oral surgery and ropeclimbing.
