    Let's say they weren't.

Do you start taking them as a 9 year old in Pee Wee football or as a 12 year old on the Middle School wrestling team. You better start early or the other guy will have a leg up.

Could you imagine the damage people could do to their bodies if it was unregulated?

In addition to the damage that could potentially be done to organs and natural testosterone production, I also read a good article about undiagnosed brain trauma resulting from juicing.

The article talked about fighters basically getting concused in the gym and being right back at it the next day because they felt fine. To me, that might be the biggest danger of all.

wouldn't make much of a difference, since they're is a plateau that you reach pretty fast, and doing at this age would be more of an hindrance than an advantage in the long term since it shut down your natural testosterone prduction.

None of my business, and fighting sport are already really damaging to the body. BTW, passed a certain age, roids are good for your body

fair point, but even with olympic testing, most of the cheaters passed through the net, so it's a pointless waste of time and money. And do you think it should be allowed in sport where no head traum occurs?

Well, in all honesty, if you don't care about the dangers of steroids then there really is no point in banning them.

even if you care about it, why is creatine legal since you can fuck your kidney badly with it, and roids aren't ? make no sense at all

The potential side effects and kidney issues with creatine are still questionable.

But there's a huge difference in a supplement that MIGHT have dangerous side effects and a steroid that WILL have dangerous side effects.

Again, it's all about regulation. And testosterone or any steroid would be used with widespread irresponsibility if they weren't banned or regulated.

Because it punishes athletes who don't want to destroy their bodies.
