Really? Neither looks like Leonard but Taye would be by FAR a closer fit...being a pretty boy himself and closer to the same complexion.
Give Usher thick cosmetic eye brows in make up & he'll look quite like Ray. Apart from being 15 years too old.
They look nothing alike. Usher has small, weird eyes, he reminds me of a chimpanzee. Ray has much bigger eyes, and more prominent, higher cheekbones, Usher's face is kind of bottom heavy.
Their nose, mouth, skin tone and chin are kinda similar. Thick eye brows and a shaved back hair line and it'll be a passable illusion. Usher also has a similarly charismatic boyishness about him, for want of a less gay way of putting it....or at least he did 10 years ago. Now, dunno

The guy playing Duran is tiny so the Leonard actor still have to look like he's in the same weight class, though taller. I'm thinking Donald Glover would have been perfect if you put a little muscle on him.
