Who will Floyd fight next ?

Will he fight Bradley if Bradley beats Pac ? Will he fight Pac ? Will he fight El Gingerito ? Will he fight Ortiz/Berto winner ? I think this pretty much covers who he will fight next? Anyone I missed ?

And really there is no one else....Ginger, Pacquiao, Bradley, or Martinez....

I can't see how they can sell PPV's with Berto or a rematch with Ortiz...Unless Mayweather goes back to regular HBO...

I think Golden Boy will try and build that fight for the fall of 2013.

 

I think PBF is confused as to which excuse he want's to use to avoid Manny. When he was asked post-fight whether he would budge on his demands to get the lions share of the purse, he responded by refering to drug-tests. (which as far as I can tell, have all been agreed to).

Please...the fight will be non-competitive if it happens. Khan will get punk and dominated. A guy that gets KOTFO by some bum and get punk by Lamont Peterson has no right to be in the ring with ELITE fighters.

But it will happen....and it will sell plenty of PPV because of the UK fanbase...and HBO will do their best to sell Khan as a young LION, with the skills to bother Mayweather, etc...

What I do know is that Martinez is way too big for PBF. Hell floyd in 2 fights at 154 couldnt even get close to 154. Then when he enters the ring hes back down to 147. What the hell is that. Martinez would weigh in at 154 and prolly enter the ring at 160+. So essentially you would have a welterweight competing against a middle or possibly super middle weight. Yea that would be fair. I say either fight Manny or retire. Fighting anyone else does nothing. But then again if I could make 20 million fighting the likes of Khan and Bradley shit would have to reconsider. It's not just about money, dawg. It's about the possibility of losing the streak. The possibility of there being a huge dent on his "legacy" which is very dear to him. He basically uses his streak as a way to get the upper hand on Pac at the negotiation table. He was making a huge deal of it in the Brian Kenny FNF interview. Talking sh*t about Pac's losses from many years back when Pac lost at flyweight or whatever.

 

Martinez isn't that big. He's a career 154lber who is a tiny ass MW.

 

martinez is ripped with zero body fat at 165-170lbs. he is considerably bigger than mayweather jr and would beat the fuck out of him.

 

khan will give mayweather jr problems early on in the fight with his length and handspeed.

 

Thats why Floyd should, and won't, fight him.
