Khan was ducked by Bradley. His resume is all about the names that aren't on it, rather than about those names that ARE on it. Its the Anti-Resume.
khan would cause problems for mayweather jr early on in the bout. if it happens you will see. stylistically he presents problems.
Please, Mayweather's lead left hook will be working a double shift. Wait for Khan to throw that looping right hand, miss and counter over the top..
The, ahem, lengths these people will go to make out that Floyds next garbage opponent has some sort of a fucking edge on him....functional weights, functional lengths, great resumes, you name it. :shit: That "functional weight" BS dreamed up by Floyds partners in crime, HBO, was a shameful episode.
Victor Ortiz was a young lion,, with some speed....and let's not forget he would have beat the hell out of Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito....
i dont consider khan a good opponent, but he would give mayweather jr problems and the fight would be competitive for 6 rounds or so
Right. and why? Because he's better? More skilled? No. He;s just a bigger man with the wrong style for Floyd. And Floud wants no part of any meaningful dangerous challenge that he stands as much chance of losing as winning. I think Floyd is a wonderful talent. I really do. But his head is so far up his ass its coming out his mouth. He's a gutless faggot- not by nature- but by nurture. He;s been nurtured and molded into a spineless creature who lives to fulfill some crazy parody of a prizefighter. He is, with his pristine record, to boxing, what a boy-band is to music.
"Paulie been around, Paulie tough, Paulie showed me respect, Paulie has style, people know Paulie, Paulie is Brooklyn, Floyd respect Brooklyn, Paulie got a lot of names on his rez, Floyd knows this". :shit:
I like Floyd's depiction of Cotto. Quiet killer. He fought a great fight. Floyd fought a great fight. He also seemed to give an effort to win over fans with his more down to earth demeanor. Just make the fight with Pacquaio, fight the rematch with Cotto and Pacquaio. Add over $100 million to his career's revenue and close to all will be FORGIVEN. People will remember these types of fights more than the safety first, potshotting and running and DUCKING the fights he thinks he can't win. Be TRUTHFUL and make the fight fans want to see.:bears:
I wouldn't mind if he fought Martinez at 154-157. Pacquaio can't fight Martinez because of size but Floyd can. Sergio is due a big fight, with either Chavez jr or Floyd.
If you have a right hook downstairs, you can hurt him. Its a sham. All this 24/7 shit, weasel words from HBO....functional weight advantages,etc.....:shit: The Networks don't give a fuck. Keep milking the suckers.
