Yep. Liverpool vs Plasticine on Tuesday. I think QPR will lose to City, but stay up regardless. Bolton, Blackburn, Wolves......thats your three right there.
Good 3 to go down. Pish clubs. In a perfect world I'd swap 'Rugby League town' Wigan for the bold Owen Coyle, but as long as the Rs stay up, all is well.
Bolton have stoke away on the last day. That's good, because I think Stoke will win or draw. Can't see Bolton winning that one. Blackburn have Wigan at home tonight which I think will be a draw and then Chelski away next week. Chelski should win that. We've got Man Citeh away next week and although we should lose as our away record this season is pish and Citeh need a win to win the title, you never know.
Maybe this is just me.....but why was Ferguson smiling all day yesterday, especially during the interviews?? Does he know something we don't, or does he know something we do....i.e. we know he is fucked, and he knows it too, hence the wry smile??? Sunderland are doing something I have noted a lot of O'Neill sides do....{Celtic, Villa, now Sunderland} they flop late on in the season. All this BS from Ferguson about "Sparky".....I do hate that shite. Oh, all the sub-plots and sub-texts....fired as City manager and replaced by Mancini, the press didn't like that, now..."can Hughes be the one, can he be the one" :shit: Nothing against QPR, the QPR fans here know that, but I hope City win, fuck United, tired now of Slur Alex and his phone-calls to embattled managers etc....tired of the whole diving, cheating lying culture he loves to dabble in and pass off as the foibles of others. Mancini has also proven himself as a shrewd tough and yet- positive- manager. It was Ferguson on the other hand who showed himself up as a negative guy- not innately- but as somebody who could be pushed into negativity by the circumstances.
I haven't seen any clips yet of interviews etc, but Fergie's constant smiling is a defense mechanism to how he's really feeling.....angry and depressed, because Citeh all in all should beat us next week, and Fergie knows it. I'd rather Citeh win the title, tbh, but I just don't want them to beat us and results go against us and we go down. I have a real gut feeling we'll be ok though. I don't know what's changed at Sunderland....they haven't won in 8 games, since March 24th (beat us at home 3-1). Lost their FA cup game in this time too to Everton.
You can see the headlines though: "Hughes comes back to haunt City" "City title bid in tatters, as QPR sparkle"
Bolton will not win at Stoke. Now, unless Blackcock rack up a brace of wins, starting tonight, and by a few goals in each game at that, then they are going down too. QPR are safe- and the 3-2 comeback vs Liverpool and the win at the weekend have a lot do do with it. Ironically, a draw on the opening day vs Bolton would probably have guaranteed you already.
Yeah. Really high-brow literary genius from the usual spivs and hacks. Its the lack of imagination, rather than the substantive issue, that pisses me off, more than anything.
Urgh, I remember that game. Bolton were solid and we did not show up. Cahill scored a great goal in that game. That Blackburn/Wigan game in on the box tonight, so i'll definitely watch it.
Idiots. Of course, they are useless with footballs anyways. A 0-0 gave me an extra point. Just another reason to hate Blackburn.
Just one point seperates myself and Muzse. I'm going for a Liverpool win tomorrow, Muzse has gone for the draw. Btw, great to see McClean in the squad :bears:
I hate Wigan the club, I really can't stand them. However I am a big fan of Martinez and I have to give him and his team big credit for the run they've pulled out of the bag, I honestly thought they were goners.
