Terrible!!!!! No fucking flow to the movie, they keep jumping back forth, they don't concentrate on any given time in Lansky's life they just keep on rolling leaving out any details... First 2 minutes Lansky's is in Israel...then he is a kid in Ukraine or somewhere near russia, then he is NY...then in israel again...then Luciano punk's him...then Luciano is working for him/maybe with him...then he is back in Israel...Bugsy wants the money for Vegas, ...to much jumping around...and no fucking details... GARBAGE!!!
True that. In fact one tv movie I can think of that really disappointed me was when they did a tv film for Underboss. It was based on the book about Sammy the Bull Gravano which I thought was a really good read. The movie turned out to be a turd and was never heard from again.
WHHHHAATTTT!!!!????? When i responded to your comment yesterday, Witness To The Mob was the first movie that pop into my mind....BECAUSE I liked it and thought it was pretty good.:tick:. I thought the movie GOTTI was rush, cut out half his life story, completely change what actually happen, and bottom line Armand Assante made Gotti seem like the classy fucking guy when he was a pig. Nicholas Turturro is kinda of a clownish actor but I thought he played Sammy Gravano pretty good, showing his family loving side(real family) and showing him as a vicious killer eliminating just to take over their cut of whatever deal they had with him. and while we are i the mob movie genre...another good one in my opinion is Bonanno: A Godfather's Story...
