Heard a rumour that Haye and Chisora will fight each other soon....

Wlad should keep his mouth shut. I think he got a taste for shooting the mouth off during the buildup to the Haye fight and got to like it and got to thinking he'd keep it up.

Its none of his business. He should act as if both of these chumps don't exist.

 

It could very well be Wlad-Brewster 1 all over again.

For Wlad/Vitali and Boente, this is not a good development. If the B-sides decide to ignore the championship and just fight each other, with a few storylines added, this could generate a lot of interest and draw/money, and might conceivably freeze out the klits from major heavyweight fights as others wait for them to become decrepit while fighting each other. Basically, if the Klits are not the money fight for everyone else in the division, the Klits could miss out on a slice of the money pie as their rivals studiously ignore them while fighting each other in more entertaining and competitive bouts

 

Possibly- but there's a catch- Haye vs Chisora might well be an utter stinkfest, with Haye running away all night and Chisora plodding manfully after him. The David will come out and say "I want Vitali" :shit:

In any event, what's the sequel? There is none. Haye vs Arreola? Nah. He won't risk it. He thinks this is easy money, makes him look good, makes him look better than Vitali..."Oh, I blew Monte Barrett out two rounds sooner....I stopped John Ruiz better than anyone else bar Tua" that kind of shite.

How about Haye blasts out Chisora in a 5 round slugfest, with a riotous atmosphere in west ham...Haye in post-fight interview, calls out Povetkin...says Klits demanding too much money when he's the real draw etc.

 

Well......how is he the real draw? He only got this gig by getting into a fight with a guy he previously said wasn't good enough to fight him? That's always been Hayes ticket, feeding off left overs. He has the stench of the Harrison and Wlad fights to erase.

He's not a draw vs Chisora, he'll likely do fewer tickets with the Chisora fight than Vitali did for the Thompson fight- and Vitali was doing 50,000 before Chisora hit him or spat at Wlad.

Haye is a draw vs Chisora solely in so far as the purported "hatred" between both men goes. All the goons and football-heads will buy into it, as Eddie Murphy used to say about white people and the Rocky movies....."Oh, this is real" .....but that is Haye maxed out via Chisora....who is he a draw against besides that...bearing in mind, all the time, that it was a Klitschko- and Tyson Fury- who did the running with Chisora in the meantime.

If Haye is the main draw then fine- I know Tyson Fury would fight him on a moments notice for £3m quid, so lets see. My guess is he cannot believe his luck, will collect his pay and then fuck off......again.

 

I'll watch this on tv. East london does not attract me.

 

Haye can say what ever he wants, the reality is he already fought Wlad and stunk the joint out and cried about his toe. Nobody is going to listen to what Haye says, he's already proven what he really is.

 

Why would anybody go to East London without being forced at gunpoint?

 

Of course I agree, my only point is that he will appeal to financial terms incompatibility (a la floyd) to justify a klitschko-free run. I disagree that everyone/punters will remember his klitscko fight and not react as enthusiastically, i think most will be quite happy to forget that damp squib and even forgive if he looks a bit impressive

Well yes, the Punters are thick, I agree, and they will probably pay in droves to see this. Its just that I think Haye is about as dedicated to boxing as I am to pilates. The Klitschkos are getting pretty close to retirement age anyways, and if nobody cares about the division now, they certainly won't care when they are gone.

 

This fight is going ahead. I've just seen the publicity for it.

A big, strong, slow and flatfooted guy that comes straight in, he will walk directly into a right hand by Haye and that will be it, joony.
