Ring Of Honor Inductees (Photo) Houston Legends

I was recognized for my contributions the week before last at the Gulf Boxing Junior Olympic Regional Finals along with two other distinguished former champions. On the far left is none other than the great former Olympian and IBF Light Middleweight Champion Raul Marquez, in the middle is former National Champion and WBA Middleweight Challenger Ron "Tequila" Collins, and on the far right is the former United States Air Force and Interservice Champion, Karl "Stinger" Hegman. My thanks to all the great boxing fans in Houston for this honor and thanks for the memories! Karl

 

I have a feeling this will go south pretty quickly so let me say "congrats" then step aside.

 

You look mentally handicapped in this picture and not like an overachieving type either. Like you just crapped your pants type.

 

And to point something out. Look at the other two guys just standing there looking cool and chilling and now look to the right and you see a sociopath with a napoleon complex with his fat little chest sticking out with a look of a man that has some serious mental problems and some demons inside his lonely, attention starved soul.

Marquez and Ron are two gentlemen, two of the nice guys in boxing that currently run fine amateur programs in the Bayou City.

 

Karl looks to be the in the best shape of all of them. Marquez should take it easy on the Mexican Food.
