The most important thing is that City win the title - as for QPR / Bolton we've been down that road...
Possibly. I think City need a few more to be sure. I am sure Stoke will grab a goal 2nd half anyways. Tony Putrid won't stand for this.
Probably the stupidest comment I've seen on the BBC for some time:- "Can Okar on Twitter: "As it stands, Everton above Liverpool, City above United and Spurs above Arsenal. 45 minutes to the changing of the guard." Liverpool beat Everton three times this year , got to two finals and won one of them. If thats a change of guard then fuck me I got it all wrong. In 2005, United were a very distant second best to Chelsea and by 2006 were no closer. Where are Chelsea today??? Where are United today? Where will City be in 4 or 5 years?
isnae looking too good now athetic: Im away to get some cider & a wee fruit scone, I hope stoke have some good news for me when i get back
I thought someone on here posted that they changed the rule again. I was just going on that (and some hope.)
So even with a six point disadvantage, we still finished above you. :clapagain: Going in to today, we are equal on goals scored and goals allowed. I'd say it's been about an average year for Everton. You said yourself, it's been a shitty year for LFC. I wouldn't say "changing of the guard" either though.
City bottled it and in doing so allowed Ferguson to come across as some sort of genius. Unforgiveable.
