I agree that it's not a big deal since all of us at one point or another drove intoxicated, hell Whiskey is probably driving around smashed as we speak. The only concerns I have is whether this is an isolated incident or a regular one. Mind you this is the first time he got "caught" doesn't necessarily mean it's the first time he's done it. All it takes is one accident when intoxicated and if you seriously hurt or kill someone you're going away for a long long time. I also wonder if this is just Jon being young or whether the fame is going to his head and he's developing I can get away with anything and do whatever I want attitude. As a fan of the sport I hope it's an isolated incident.
