Well that at least would have made sense as far as the claim of it being underrated. Paid In Full the movie is rated just about right in that it's mostly a forgotten piece of shit movie. Even my love of Avon Barksdale, Cam'ron, and Mikel Phiff won't permit to sit through that crap again.
