Lewis had some solid, aggressive performances mixed in there though.

:boohoo::boohoo:Golota and by the definition so did Wlad against Austin who was mentally stronger. The vitali fight was vitali wasn't smaller or weaker and made Lewis fight. If given his choice,he would be King of Stink of Stinkland upon the river caution.

Isn't the whole point of boxing to hit and not get hit? You're basically saying Lewis should stick his chin out and be brave against the destructive 1 shot power of Tua and Tyson. What kind of f*cked up logic is this, Mex?

Not at all, but there are ways of not getting hit without cowering in the corner like a bitch, behind a pawing jab, against a blown up cruiserweight who is pushing 40. That's just pathetic.

10 years since a shell of Tyson was defeated by Lemon Loser. In his career best win. What a legend.

Nah mex, Lennox's jab was powerful. Agree with you that he could've been more entertaining though but who's silly enough to be risky against guys like Tua and Tyson? Lennox did get KO'd by single shots after all so can't blame him for his habits. Agreed he could've f*cked up Holyfield though.

Career best? Lennox's career was about longevity and being a solid champ and unifying the titles. Who said Tyson was his best win?

    No one.

You'd think Z would appreciate the one heavyweight who wanted to fight everyone in that era, but was ducked by the top guys for years.

Name a better win for Lewis. I liked Lewis, but his greatness is vastly overrated.

It's a good point, what is his best win exactly? Avenging getting sparked out cold by Rahman?

It's Vitali, but some people will never admit that Vitali is good.

Sure was. Vitali if nothing else was a very dangerous fight for him to take at that time.

Of course, I forgot about that. I guess I forget, because Vitali was about to beat him down had the fight not been stopped on that little cut.

No way! Lewis won the 6th round and was ready for the 7th. Vitali was holding on after that uppercut blew a hole through the bottom of his lower lip, causing Vitali to hold on for the duration of the round.

This much I do remember about this particular fight:

This demented nut case here that posts as "BOSS" (Real name Englebert Clemente) was posing on the old AOL BOXING CHAT as former WBA Light Heavyweight Champion Mike "The Jewish Bomber" Rossman, and predicted to everyone that Mike Tyson would seriously injure Lennox in that fight and claimed that he and Tyson were personal friends.

Little cut. In between rounds, Klitschko's cornerman was applying gobs of vaseline and almost scraped his eyelid off.

It didn't even bother Vitali, he was ready to carry on bashing Lewis's gormless face in.

I couldn't believe how everyone thought all it would take was 1 good shot from Tyson... as if Lewis had never been hit before. The fact is Tyson did land clean a couple of times and it didn't do shit. He was just a midget compared to Lewis and the fight was the most hyped up mis-match in boxing history.

Tyson didn't land flush once, and the washed up Tyson had nowhere near the explosive power of a prime Iron Mike.

Prime Mike crushes that big gormless homosexual.

The last thing to go is your punch. Tyson had plenty of power. He landed some shots. Come on mex, Tyson was giving up 13" in reach and like 8" in height.

    That's a meaningless generalisation.

Tyson's power came largely from pure explosiveness and speed, the version that fought Lewis had none of that. Tyson's power was highly diminished at that point, as was his speed, timing, accuracy, and pretty much everything else.
