Not to look like a conspiracy theorist but they seems to be a lot more injuries since the UFC injuries insurance policy went in effect

Agree completely. It is going to hurt the sport big time. Here's a quick list of guys scratched due to injury just since UFC 146:

    Domick Cruz
    Evan Dunham
    Mark Hunt
    Jon Fitch
    Thiago Alves
    Thiago Silva
    Brian Stann
    Jose Aldo
    Michael Bisping
    Vitor Belfort
    Yoshiro Akiyama
    Chad Griggs

UFC 147 is just an absolute joke of a card. And UFC 148 and 149 were stacked cards at one point. But now, the UFC is limited to mediocre cards over the next few months.

Injuries, drug suspensions, and TOO many events are going to really diminish the success of the UFC. I'd be shocked if UFC 147 did 200K PPV buys.

If Silva or Sonnen pulls out, and Silva is rumored to have hurt his knee, the UFC might need to cancel some events and re-group. They are trying to put solid fights on FOX and FX while still trying to fill and sell 13-14 PPV's in 2012.

    It isn't working out.
