Here's my re-post from the other thread; OK I re-watched the fight sober and re-scored it at 118-110 Pacquiao. A round either way I could understand too. 115-113 for Bradley is just beyond the pale, and my 7-5 Pac score yesterday was being way too generous. Bradley hardly hit Pac even though he was throwing a lot. Here's the breakdown (Pac-Bradley); Rd1. 10-9. Nothing much happening, close up until the last 10 secs when Pac opened up and took it. Rd2. 10-9. Pac easily got the best of the exchanges mid-round Rd3. 10-9. Pac got the better of most exchanges and hurt Bradley Rd4. 10-9. Bradley was doing OK early but late in the round Pac let his hands go and lit Bradley up Rd5. 10-9. Close round early on but again late in the round Pac opened up and hurt Bradley late Rd6. 10-9. Rinse, repeat. Close early, Pac opens up and takes the round. Rd7. 10-9. Bit of a war this round, Bradley losing almost every exchange. Rd8. 10-9. A better round for Bradley and he looked like he may win it, but Pac started smashing him again and took it in the last 10 seconds of the round. Rd9. 10-9. Again Bradley looking OK early but they both start to exchange and Pac betters him again and shuts him down. Rd10. 9-10. Bradley gets this, lands a few jabs and looks more aggressive as Pac coasts this round. Rd11. 9-10. Closest round of the fight that could have gone either way, but I just felt Bradley squeaked it even though again Pac came on strong late in the round. Rd12. 10-9. Bradley trying his shoeshine combos that hit nothing, then Pac opens up late and takes the round with hard shots. So there you go, 118-110 with a round either way. The decision was outrageous.
Here's what REED Jotted Down from Last Night... 1. Bradley Outboxing Pac w/Counters, Left Jab & Flurries to the Body...Pac Starts to Land Straight Lefts Late in the Round...EVEN Round or BRADLEY's Round... 2. 'Nother Straight Left From Pac...Bradley Fights w/Free Hand as Pac Clinches...Nother Straight Left...Pac Wins the Round w/Straight Lefts, but Bradley Makes him "Feel" him w/Flurries here and There....PAC's Round... 3. Boatloads of Straight Lefts from Pac...Can't Miss Bradley...Bradley Not as Aggressive Now...Pac Stalking...Big Pac Round...Bradley Responds w/Flurry @ the End...PAC's Round... 4. Bradley Slow in Comparison...Crowd Ooohs and Aaaahs @ Each Shot...Extended Flurry of Shots Hurts Bradley, who Holds...Pac Making him Look like a Clubfighter, Honestly...Everywhere Bradley Moves his Head, Pac Seems to have a Punch There Waiting for him...PAC's Round... 5. Bradley More Defensive than Ever Before...Pac Badly Hurts him w/a Left Hook...It Takes All Bradley Can Muster to Prevent Being Knocked Down...PAC's Round... 6. More of the Same...Nice Right Hook to the Body from Pac...PAC's Round... 7. Bradley Throws the Occasional Desperation Shot, but is Almost Exclusively In Survival Mode...Doubtful he Can Withstand this Much Loooonger...PAC's Round... 8. 1st Clash of Heads...Pac Takes the Round Off, but Bradley Doesn't Even Attempt to Capitalize... 9. 2, 3 & 4 Piece Combo's from Pac... 10. Academic... Literally, REED Stopped Doing Round by Round After the 10th...REED Stopped ATTENTIVELY Scoring the Rounds After the 8th or So, Because Bradley ALREADY Needed a KO to Win, by that Point... REED Can See Giving Bradley Round 1, Possibly Round 8 (Even Though he DIDN'T Do Shit from REED's Recollection) & Maybe 1 of the Last 2 Rounds...3 Rounds MAX, Being Generous... Pac EASILY Took Rounds 2-7, Round 9 & Round 10...That's 8 Rounds Right There that NO Case Can Be Made for Bradley Winning... REED:mj:
That's the whole thing in a nutshell. This isn't a case of a "bad" decision. It was a robbery plain and simple.
Mike, Muze and Lok not withstanding to get one of the most pugnacious boards on the internet to have something like 42 for pAC AND 2 FOR bRADLEY just shows how bad a decision it was. We couldn't get that many people to agree on the color of the fucking sky.
Seriously, and I would be shocked if 2 people here actually believed Bradley won the fight. I don't think there is one person alive that really thinks Bradley won.
Seriously, the best case for Bradley I could possibly envision is 116-112 pac This is the most ridiculous decision I have seen since Whitaker/Ramirez Nothing even comes close in the meantime. Whitaker/Chavez has a better chance of being a legit draw than this fight does of being a Bradley victory
What's bullshit is that this is anything but corruption. Lots want to say it's incompetence. No. It's fucking corruption and when someone like Schaefer insists it's not, it makes me more sure that it is.
