With Pacquiao having lost in this manner, the May Pac fight is still marketable and is now more probable.

Most people thought Pacquiao won the fight, so if Pac now either has a rematch with Bradley and beats him outright or else has a fight with another top guy (ginger for example) and wins that convincingly he's back in the number 2 spot.

Negotiations for a Mayweather fight would now be much easier. Pac will feel that he NEEDS Floyd now, since he's had a recent lost and a slight knock against his reputation, and will accept a 60-40 split and any drug demands that come with it.

    Keep hope alive fellas.

Pac hasnt been in the #2 spot for a while and nothing that happened last week would drop him to or below that.

All this will do is get Floyd to fight Bradley. He "beat" Pacquiao.

Pac has already agreed to testing.

And to the main point of this thread- no, the fact that Pac just got robbed doesn't justify PBF's demands/make them any more reasonable then they were before Pac got robbed.

Exactly. If anything , Mayweather will loosen his ridiculous demands because he will not see Manny as of much as a threat.

Actually, it's Made Pac-Floyd LESS Likely, in REED's Opinion...

Pac Needs Floyd Even LESS than he Did Prior to June 9th...Now, Pac has a High Profile Dance Partner to Fight Later this Year AND he's Always Got a 4th Fight w/Marquez, Whenever he Wants it...There's NO Reason Manny has to Allow Floyd to Dictate Terms to Him...

The Bottom Line is, Floyd Mayweather DOES NOT Want to Fight Manny Pacquiao...If Manny agREED to 60-40, Floyd would THEN Demand 70-30...If Manny agREED to Random Testing, Floyd would THEN Demand a Daily Printout of Any & All Supplements & Vitamins Pac Ingests...If Pac Wanted to Wear Red Trunks, Floyd would THEN Demand Pac Wear SHEER Trunks...

Floyd DOESN'T Want the Fight, Sly...It's Really THAT Simple...

Back in number two? You thought that shit would fly? Unlike pbf, Pacquiao didn't struggle in his last fight, and he didn't struggle against Cotto.

exactly, Floyd, when asked about the fight, basically said that his health was more importatn than any amount of money. Floyd fans should just let it go, he ( amazingly since he would be a solid favorite ) doesn't want the fight.

it makes the Floyd-Pac fight much less significant
who wants to see a post prison Floyd vs a Pac that is proven to have declined...the outcome won't even show who could have won a few years ago

the dream match of 2 prime guys is long gone

You don't get the angle mate. This decision is free publicity for 'Team Pacquiao' (all over the sports news) and suddenly makes Bradley a blockbuster opponent for november. The whole episode was manufactured precisely in order to need Floyd less

All I'm saying is Pacquiao wasn't number 2 before the Bradley fight, and not after.
