Meh. I liked the Williams and Kirkland fights way better.

Now I smell at upset. I bet Ortiz, the moron he is, loses the fight he has coming up.

I didn't think it deserved it's own thread being that Ortiz sucks, so I put it in the Kirkland vs Canelo thread.

I'll be watching no doubt. I watch everything. And there's a chance it'll be exciting.

But I stand by preferring the previous possible opponents more. Wish Kirkland didn't fuck it up.

I hope Ginger knocks the living shit out of Ortiz, which he should. Ortiz is shite.

 

Please...let hold back the praises until the fight is over. Ortiz can take the fight be getting his ass kick for 2 rounds then find a way to quit like he did vs. Maidana and Mayweather.

 

Better than nothing I guess, but Ortiz just isn't really worth watching, he's a useless quitter with a bit of talent, and The Ginger I not only find overhyped, but quite boring to watch actually.

Ginger Vs Kirkland would be a far more fun fight, due to the possibility of Kirkland overpowering Ginger early with sheer size/power/aggression.

Weird that Kirkland bitched out of a possible Ginger fight, I mean what other options does he have?

 

Both are flawed enough to make it potentially a lot of fun... I have no faith in Ortiz though... I expect if Canelo is really any good, he should get him out of there

 

Yeah, it's worth pointing out this is Showtime PPV. Arum says he'd do Chavez/Martinez on the same day, which I'm sure is BS, but I wouldn't be shocked to him him schedule something against it.

 

Apparently the Top Rank show is going to be PPV too.

This is exactly why I'll be rooting for Ortiz. Ortiz may be a front running quiter, but he's nearly always exciting and the dude does let his hands go.

I'll be watching but I haven't paid for a PPV since Trinidad wore a belt and don't plan on starting now. You guys really need to stop supporting shitty PPV's so they won't be worth making. Go to a bar or something.
