Ridley Scott to direct Blade Runner Sequel

    And the lead will be a female. Harrison Ford won't be in it. The original film screenwriter Hampton Fancher is writing the screenplay. The new story takes place a few years after the first film events.

    Exactly. Ridley Scott seems to be on a mission to wreck his earlier films. What next? a prequel to LEGEND starring Jaden Smith as Jack Green?

    I know what he was talking about.........wanted to hear it from him.

    If wasn't a perfect movie but it was a pretty noble effort. Not exactly the hatchet job George Lucas likes to do on all of his old classics.

    Prometheus is as much a noble episode as The Phantom Menace. I loved that engineers concept as much as the Force being microscopic midichlorians. :Chainsaw:
