Ortiz vs Forrest 3 is such a crappy "co main event" . You just know it will go down just like the first two went down. A boring sloppy fight where nobody hurts anybody and it goes to split decision.
i'm looking forward to kim vs. maia merely based on the fact that we could see maia's bjj get stifled by kim's judo skills.
I just read how Dana had to sit Anderson down for hours and fight him to fight Sonnen. Anderson says Sonnen doesn't deserve this fight but I'm pretty sure it's because Anderson knows that Sonnen has the style to beat him.
sonnen doesnt deserve the fight, because he is a proven cheater. he shouldnt get another payday, he shouldnt even get to fight
Agreed. The UFC is pushing it because Sonnen did good all roided up the first time. It's just business, Sonnen doesn't deserve shit.

Closer look at Anderson. <iframe width="480" height="360" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/QLE4Cixybuc" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Im not buying it. Typical pre fight hype. After the fight they will hug and Anderson will say "its all for da show, Sonnen is good fighter, we put on good show for da fans" Not to say im not interested in the fight, I just dont buy into the pre fight shenanigans anymore.
What's Funny to REED is How NO Mention has Been Made of this, in the Build-Up to the Fight...For as Much Shit as Sonnen is Talking (& Admittedly, his Shit Talk is FUNNY) the FACT Remains, he Illegally ENHANCED his Performance & Still LOST to Silva... There's Simply NOfuckingWAY Sonnen's Going to Perform @ the Same Level he Did the 1st Time...REED's Expecting an EPIC Ass Whipping Here... REED:hammert:
Anybody Else Notice that Sonnen ISN'T Quite Sooooo Mouthy or Confident when Silva's Up in his Grill???.... REED:mj:
I'm sure Silva will take a little dig at Sonnen after he beats him up, like he did to Lee Murray after their fight.
Honestly, this fight doesn't need an ounce of hype. That's ridiculous. It might be the most anticipated rematch in UFC history. I think Silva is genuinely pissed and genuinely worried. He knows he can't stop Sonnen's take downs. In the first fight they went almost 5 full rounds and Silva didn't stuff a single takedown attempt. And by the way, hugging or showing respect after a fight has nothing to do with a beef being made up or simply for hype.
The thing to keep in mind is that Maia is dropping down to 170 from 185. He'll fight as a welter for the first time in the UFC. It will be interesting to see how the grappling goes in this one. But I think Kim has a solid advantage standing. Other than the main event, there aren't any great match-ups on the card, but there are a few interesting fights. We even get to see Jarhead's boy, Cody McKenzie, back on a main card versus Chad Mendes. .
No need to. He acomplished his goal by getting to Anderson. Now Sonnen just sits back and enjoys the show. I hope sonnen beats silva's ass.
Sonnen is just smart enough to see the big picture. I don't think he'd care one bit if Silva laid him out during a press conference, but he would care about the lost payday.
