Just seen a clip of Khan sparring for the Garcia fight and not doing all too well.

 

Sparring who?

 

Didn't recognize the guy. The guy he sparred isn't even a pro. The left hook was landing good on him and I believe that's one of Garcia's best assets.

 

I have only seen Garcia a few times and have never been impressed. Khan isn't great , but Garcia never impressed me enough. Is he good enough to pull it off?

Khan is usually in entertaining fights; his box-bot style is usually fan friendly and is the main reason I am still awake, eleven hours into a boozing session. He is crap, but his crapness makes for good fights.

Khan didn't look good in the Peterson fight and Garcia didn't look good in the Morales fight, so both will want improved performances. It could be a better fight than most predict. I don't think Garcia will win, but he could give Khan some problems, especially if Khan decides to stay in the centre of the ring and go toe to toe.

Khan's speed should prove decisive though.

 

I think we'll see Khan attempt to try something different tonight.

 

Garcia looks slow as fuck to me. Erik Morales is a 120 year old Junior Featherweight and that kid was in tough against him and looked as slow as him. Khan is absolute shit, but he is fast and his affletisizm is enough to beat slow fighters with ordinary talent. I'd be surprised if Garcia can keep up with him at all. Obviously, it would be hilarious if he somehow won.

 

Surely he isn't planning to look like a boxer?
