Khan's tactics against right hands are ridiculous. He could barely get out of the way of wide haymaker right hands tonight and his habit of moving clumsily to his right after just managing to deflect one with his shoulder or his arm absolutely resulted in him getting clocked with that left hook

Against a guy who's primary power punch is a fast, accurate, pin straight right hand... a guy with exceptional ability... forget it, he'd get picked apart quickly

Agree with Bayless fucking up. He gave Khan every chance. The thing is when a guy's leg does what Khan's did, that is symptomatic of a brain injury. The need to stop fights like that right away. They freak out over cuts and swelling, but if a guy's feet aren't working, he obviously shouldn't take anymore for the night.I hope Khan is alright. He showed some pretty serious symptoms of a neurological injury.

 

Look, I've seen every single Khan fight, including the vast majority of his ammy fights, and I am telling you that he can't improve, because he PROVEN that he won't improve. His chin is SHIT, really bad, and Khan's bravery will cause him a serious injury one day. You can't take beatings like that, and Prescott, and arguably Maidana, for too long.

Well it's not like we have a shitload of cash cows in boxing right now. Khan is an established name due to the hype and silver medal and that is more than most boxers have these days.

Does he really have no fans in England? Where's the hype even coming from?

 

Khan is a box-bot. He fights in straight lines. That is what makes him so damn hittable, he has no foot speed or proper lateral, in and out movement. All of that would help, BUT ultimately if your chin is terrible, your chin is terrible. Khan will always be one shot away from something like that.
