No, his "Undeniable LACK of" ONE PARTICULAR TALENT, Led to his Defeat, which is what the Thread is About...

Do U Actually Have Something of SUBSTANCE to Add or Should REED Expect you to Live DOWN to your Reputation, as Usual???.....

Khan really isn't that talented. Sometimes its a talent to realize you don't have any talent, and that you need to retire, develop a new style, etc etc.

Khan isn't a smart fighter, but thats okay, most guy's aren't. In fact the number of fighters who can think on their feet, in and out of the ring, i.e. in training and in fighting, is really few and far between. Calzaghe, Vitali, Floyd, Toney, are a few examples.

Take Cotto for instance. A very rudimentary guy at his core. Ear-muff defence. Not so fast. Not really very very powerful. So he takes the basics and makes sure he commits to them. As Neil The Black says, "Fundamentals are a crutch for the talentless", but then again crutches are for people with bad legs. So you can sit on your arse all day, or you can schlep your bad leg from one end of town to the next.

For guys like Cotto, he's amplified his earnings and earned a measure of revenge by making minor minor adjustments and being smart enough to realize he has to make them. That's a talent, or a virtue, or common-sense, call it what you will.

Khan has to make the same attitude adjustments. He's not more talented than Danny Garcia because Garcia can keep his hands up. So Khan needs to realize that. Khan espouses all the worst aspects of amateur boxing {stupid aimless combos, unintelligent movement, ridiculous pace} and eschews all the best elements of it {keeping the hands up, getting in and out, avoiding being hit etc}.

Ironically, if he goes back and gets that right, then, superficially, we could say he is back on a talent par with Garcia.

The problem here is the definition of talent. For some people, staying calm is a talent. Having a good chin is a talent. In this day and age, throwing the jab and bringing your left hand back to your chin is a fucking talent, which says a lot about boxing these days.

Hut is right. I am going back in time, I abandoned my fat lifestyle to go to London and learn how to weld and make things and be creative. The West is Fat, and needs a gastric band.

I know you suck at English, but talents and attributes are not necessarily always the same.
