I am starting this thread because I wanna address the issue I have with your insecurity separately from the Buddles and Sly threads. (I know I know fightbeat has enough threads as is) But I just felt the need to address this. My issue with your insecurity was caught up in the middle of the war zone that are the Buddles and Sly threads. So here is this thread. I want you to understand that I'm not your enemy. I'm not a watermelon no need to attack me. I simply want to help you. You seem like a nice enough albeit an odd fella and me as a fellow fightbeat poster see a problem and wanna try and help. Look at this as sort of an intervention for your insecurity problem which quite frankly is getting out of hand. Also I want to point out that yes you told me that your wife says your confident to a fault but LOoK that's like a 12 year old telling his friends "My mom thinks I'm cool" . It's not exactly helping your case. You shouldn't feel the need to prove me wrong in the first place. Insecurity can be anything, Hut. A person can be insecure about their height, their health, their job, their looks, etc... You ever taken out a camcorder on family members and notice how all of them put a hand in front of their face saying "Please don't film me!" :: People can be insecure about any minor thing.
I remember LOK back in 2002. It was after the Tyson/Lewis fight when LOK went on a Lewis hate crusade, calling him Lemmon Loser who was the worst champ ever, etc. Somebody, (I think ROCK ON) made a comment to LOK saying if LOK and Lennox were ever in the same room, Lennox would put LOK to his knees within 2 seconds, f*ck him in the ass and send his corpse back to Detroit in a body bag. LOK's the sportsman who has a bad game & it's because he mistimed his coffee or the grass was too mushy. That isn't insecurity, that's mind power.
I remember LOK saying he learned the art of effective bodyshots from this amazingly skilled boxer he was sparring with at the gym. LOK said the dude hit him with an amazing bodyshot and it hurt. But LOK cut the story right there. He didn't go further and admit that he got dropped to his knees like a bitch for like 5 minutes, gasping for air.::
He probably cut the story short because he ended up killing the guy in anger and burying his body in his backyard . It would be pretty stupid to talk about it on a boxing forum. LOK is too intelligent for that.
