That's not a movie script I'd write, it's just how I would improve upon the Avengers using its existing elements.

    i love superhero movies, Hanz
when i see a movie where someone has cool powers i imagine for days how cool it would be to have powers too

but Thor is a loser...wtf is it about...he's basically the Kevin Sorbo Hercules but with a magic hammer
Captain America is a fruit, since when do people like goody two shoes characters :scratcher:

the success of those movies only shows that the world is becoming gayer :34:

    This post made me laugh.

I can see why you characterize Thor in that manner...he is (comic book version) somewhat of a "gay" character.

However i thought they did a great job translating the character to the screen. I LOVED the thor film. Anthony hopkins was BRILLIANT as usual. Tom hiddleston (Loki) was superb. I liked Heimdall as a character. Cool rendition of Asgard. Rivalry between the brothers, one usurps the throne, other is exiled only to return and make right...etc. Always a good plot.

    Thor is underrated.

i didn't like Captain America though. Thought it was shit. truthfully though, they did the best that they could have done with a character as cheesy as "Captain America".

So basically you think the answer is to make a Hulk movie? Been there done that, one sucked balls (no comment from you Ant-A-Knee) and the other was mediocre and forgettable just like you guys are saying this movie is.

I do like your Black Widow idea though. Go ahead and start production already.

The Avengers blu-ray release day is September 25. It will sell like hot cakes.

I'm not one to buy movies. What's the point? People buy Blu Rays just to collect them and spend some money.

I buy movies because I like to rewatch my favorite films whenever I want.I also like to watch them in the best format available with pristine crystal clear visuals and excellent audio. I refuse to watch pirated movies because of their lousy quality. Some of my favorite films (like Close Encounters or Enter The Dragon) I have bought them over and over when the quality improves dramatically. Example: my first Enter The Dragon was a recorded from tv EP mode vhs. The second one was a purchased vhs with annoying yellow subtitles. The third one was a commemorative gift box set (cost me $50 bucks 15 years ago) vhs with booklet, cd with the soundtrack etc.). The fourth one was the dvd release with extra footage and superior quality. and finally the blu-ray version which makes the DVD version look really crappy. In fact the blu-ray version looks so great it will be hard to believe to some folks that this movie was shot in 1973! Thinking about it, that movie has made a big hole in my pocket through out all my life since before the arrival of the vhs I watched that film 21 times at the movie theater!
