Yeah I heard about that. Good for you. Its important to be nobody's bitch. I am sure you will get work peeling potatoes where they respect your unique sense of self-importance. <iframe width="640" height="360" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/0KUquhXdbbE?feature=player_detailpage" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Thanks. It'll be fun... moving is a bitch though. This'll be my fourth city/town in three years. Lived in eight houses over that span. It's a pain. Hopefully I'll get to kick it and settle in for the next couple years.
It sucks to be stupid and have to keep getting moved on like a degenerate tinker. Don't worry about it. You can always ban people on a website to make up for it, then fabricate some story about being e-followed. Unless you have proof of this of course, which you would like to post here, eh?
Nah, I'm pretty blessed. It's not like I have to move in with family and take a job as a welder. Can you imagine? I'm apartment hunting right now. It'll be nice once I get my shit moved in... just getting tired of making these calls. I'll probably just go walk around when I arrive next weekend. Pick something and take it.
Why are you moving anyway steve, bored of lonely country udders and bears, or is it a job requirement that you move?
Well I have an extended family and they wanted somebody to spend the nights here and the job was nearby so, you know, my sister has a 2 year old kid, they wanted help, you know, its the done thing. In families. Creates a stable family environment, prevents kids growing up all screwy, flakey, banny.
Anyone here who thinks that steve_dave's psychosis and infantile behaviour is because of drink and drugs....please, think again. I've read his columns and I can assure you that one thing this guy does not have is a substance abuse problem.
Not a requirement. They'd be fine if I stayed, but the deal was one year up here. Glad I did it...and I'd do it all over again. But I'm ready to start enjoying myself away from my work again, num sen?
Man connects different type of steel using electricity. This man is laughed at by another "man" who writes about homeless canines and bans people on websites. :scratcher:
Put it this way. I could learn and do your job no problem. You'd never be able to do what I do. I'm laughing at you because you're funny.

The Olympics should be about the best amateur athletes in the world, not the best athletes. Of course, once the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comffice:smarttags" /><st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1lace w:st="on">USA</st1lace></st1:country-region> could no longer win basketball with their college players things had to change and did and other sports followed suit. Nobody gives a shit if a guy earning $100,000/year participates. But a guy earning $1,000,000/year is a pro.<o></o> We have 100+ years of pro athletes not competing in the olympics and maybe 20 years or so where they have. In most sports, it's pretty easy to determine who is an amateur and who is not. And figuring out the gray area is what the olympic committee is for. How hard people train is irrelevant. Boxing fans should not want the olympics to include pros. Most of the very best would not participate and it would be nothing more than glorified Prizefighter and mean nothing. I was speaking specifically about boxing. Amateur boxing is similar enough to pro boxing that pros shouldn't be allowed. I don't want pros in baseball, basketball, or any other sport that has pro leagues. Do I give a shit about a pro curling league where some guys might make $100,000/year? No. Should a pro athlete be able to compete at the olympics in a different sport than the one he is a pro in? Yes. Hershell Walker comes to mind.
So what would be your solution: throw Usain Bolt and ALL OTHER track-and-field stars out of games or stop paying them, which would move all the athletic talent to other sports? Olympic athletes have trained professionally for almost 100 years, only thing that has changes is how they have gotten paid
I think the only logic to use, is whether the Olympic Gold is the pinnacle of that sport. In boxing, a world title is more meaningful than an Olympic title and so since should disqualify the professionals of that sport.
Turkish fighter took a knee vs a Thai boxer on a bodyshot. The Thai gave him another count in the next round off a body-shot-head-shot combo. First counts I've seen in the tournament, albeit that the knockdown was a delayed-reaction sort of thing, like so many bodyshots.
My command of English is vastly superior to yours. If you mean I wouldn't be able to sufficiently demean myself to do what you do, then sure, yeah.
No, it's a matter of practical life skill you don't posses. All the beautiful prose in the world won't change that.
If we both wanted to be welders, we would both be welders. If we both wanted to be broadcasters, I would be a broadcaster and you would not. You brought it up, man. Not me. I've got no beef with the trades, I kick it with plenty of guys who went that route.
I tried to lighten the mood and use a diversion tactic Steve, but it wasn't to be. Irish is relentless, it must be his feeding time ::
