Both guys are limited brawlers that get hit. Hatton has a speed advantage, though. Rios is the harder puncher. I wouldn't be surprised if Hatton visits the canvas at some point, but I think he'd get back up and batter Rios into submission. Hatton TKO 7
Hatton wouldn't visit the canvas, and it wouldn't be competitive in the least bit. Rios gets mugged, and stopped, and doesn't win a round in the process. Prime Hatton is the stronger, more talented, and just plain better of the two.

Its possible but I don't thin it can be ruled out. Ricky did have a tendency to come in WIDE OPEN at times. I think Rios could hurt him. But ultimately, Hatton would end up beating him up bad. He had superior hand speed and strength. Superior stamina too.
