Termite Watkins was a good fighter, but I don't know that I would call him a "boxing legend".

She did OK I thought - way too much winging though, relying on speed against an inexperienced lesbian. She's fast with her feet and hands for sure though, but needs to rely on a bit more skillz.

Marlen look good yesterday....she look much better when her opponent was doing NOTHING. But as soon as punches start coming her way...she turns into a GIRL....

NO way was that girl beating up boy golden gloves....NO WAY...unless they let her get the best of them...so later they can get the best of her...

Anyone else watching this right now? Some Canadian just got jobbed by another British boxer (Evans). Now I only caught rounds 2-3 but Evans basically stood around whilst the Canadian fella punched him. Evans given the win on countback.

Yeah, delighted to see Andrew Failby go out, he's a leap amateur of the worst ilk. Not surprised to see yet ANOTHER Brit get the narrow decision.

Conlon of Ireland guaranteed Bronze. Thats our third medal now, ALL in boxing.:shadow::shadow::shadow:

Can't you just try and use a proxy to get onto the BBC website? They have every event live on there...

Irish boxers are usually pretty decent, to be fair. The Brits have been gash. That's the first time I've seen this Evans chump and he basically got bashed for the six minutes I watched. Unless he won the first about 9-1 I have no idea how he can have won.

 Aye; all events live, free and without any ad breaks. Sounds very un-American.

Let's not forget the beautiful cinematography, slick, mature, presentation, and superb editing targeting normal people without ADD :bears:

There is just one US boxer left Claressa Sheilds, she won today and moves on to the gold medal match. Esparza did win a bronze though so she did better than any of the men.

I haven't watched any of the boxing. Was there anybody who looked to have promise as a pro? (from any country)

Some of those Mexican boxers have looked good in terms of pros, felix verdejo is very promising, Ryota Murata would be a good pro...

Shit, I forgot about Murata San. He would be for sure.

Even the Boricua that Chenko just beat could have potential.
