There are several historical events I am dying to see made as a movie. One is the rise and fall of the Aztec empire. I visualize it as a two part film: the first one chronicling the 200 year exodus from Aztlan in search of their home until the foundation of their capital Tenochtitlán, described by historians as the biggest city in the whole world at that time. The second film will be about the arrival of Hernan Cortez, the capture & death of Moctezuma and the eventual war that followed it culminating with the fall of the aztec civilization via chicken pox and slavery. Those will be epic films.

What is really interesting about their origins is that their stone idol was speaking to them for 200 hundred years telling them to continue their exodus in search of a homeland (the hebrews spend only 40 years in the desert). Until finally they arrived at that lake and saw a signal in the small island in the middle of lake: an eagle devouring a serpent, which they of course thought it was their god Quetzalcoatl (the feathered serpent) telling them to built their city right there in the middle of the lake! The city of Tenochtitlán was a real marvel, a testimony of man's ingenuity. When the first spaniards arrived there they was astonished since they have never seen any like that before.

Well we've all seen end of the world films right? Well I'd like to see a film about the end of the world as it happened to Dinosaurs. I'm curious to see how they handle it. Do the Dinos spot the astroid in time to build a ship and fly out there to blow it up, or do they just ignore it and continue to graze?

Hollywood needs to get on this one, it's Jurassic Park meets Armageddeon, a can't miss blockbuster.

It's a fascinating story. The ultimate exploration, those guys would have come into contact with alien tribes and unknown civilizations just imagine what that must have been like.

Where where you when the 2000 Disney CGI movie "Dinosaur" was released? BTW it is a good film, even though it bombed at the box office.
