    MMA has got to get a fucking grip when it comes to training. These guys train too fucking hard in their. I have seen guys training like they are really fighting. It no suprise they get hurt. They need to fucking wise up. This is ridiculous.

    I've not seen anything that stated his foot injury that postponed the fight was related to his accident. He came out and stated after the accident that he was fine.

    And as I expected, Dana says Frankie isn't going to lose his title shot because of Aldo's injury so I'm damn well certain Koch was paid to step aside and he lost his title shot because of it.
