Not quite. He didn't blow as much as Hatton did weight wise, but he was often badly out of shape when training camp started. He also didn't have as much time off in between camps. (more than double the amount of fights Hatton had)
i'd go with Hatton for sure.. Hatton walks around at like 230lbs or so his jelly rolls are able to hold more beer than Chavez's whole body
