I would accept that same costume...but metallic instead of black...he look like a gaylord batman...without the cape.

When investing hundreds of millions of dollars in movies it's a lot safer to have it backed by an already established fan base or film that has already shown the potential to succeed. The risk is too great these days, hence the big in big budget films has ruined the industry.
As far as cast go, the studio so far has done a great job. Gary Oldman, Clive Owen, Samuel L. Jackson, Michael Keaton, Joael Kinnaman, Jackie Earle Haley. I say lets give them the benefit of the doubt. Fuck the old suit. That suit was gay looking.
Why you always got to be so defensive of the films you post in here. It's almost like you wrote or directed the damn things. Look the old suit was cool, maybe they're right to rehash it but to sit here and tell me this new one looks fine is just ridiculous. That new suit looks dumb and out of place for a film called robocop. It's almost like they just want to do a superhero movie not a robocop one.
You confuse defending with Not attacking. I have no problems with the suit. It's metal. Its just black metal.

Another concept art which looks closer o the original. Maybe Robocop gets to have this look at certain point in the plot. Maybe the black suit is the prototype or viceversa.
the helmet part definitely has to look like the original imagine if the new batman movies had a different head piece :scratcher:
