Trout will have to stop him to win as he won't get a decision at MSG over Cotto.

 

I think Cotto takes this one simply due to more big fight experience in favor of Cotto. Cotto even in defeat doesn't look shot and I think he's still top 5 in the world in his weight class and going to be tough fight for anyone.

 

Trout is one fucking OLD looking 27 year old.

In all honesty, if I saw that pic without knowing who Trout is, I would have assumed it was a trainer or manager or something.

Only explanation there is for this fight is that Cotto is now self-promoted...is he not? Otherwise, why not fight Canelo?

 

I see Chicken DeLa Hoya in that staring photo, which means this is a Golden Chicken promotion and Golden Chicken also manages Canela and if Cotto wins that belt from Trout, expect a lucrative 'champion vs champion' fight with Canela.

Cotto is more interested in a fight with Martinez. Based on a recent video that I watched. I think he wants to become the first Puerto Rican champion in 4 different weight classes. Martinez has already gone on the record saying he prefers Cotto then a rematch with Jr.
