I gotta say. I really hate Lara. Guy is sloppy as shit and is NOT entertaining. I don't care if he "beat" Paul Williams or not.

Yes, Mares fights are sometimes fun, but he's really easy to hate to. Guy gets away with more stuff then anybody. Some guys are dirty but a little subtle about it. Mares doesn't care if the referee is looking right at him, and he rarely gets docked for it.

Nice to see Angulo (the guy with the most demeaning nickname and schtick in boxing), get out of the detention center and knock that scrub cold.

 

I thought Cleverly looked very impressive. Not sure if I've seen him before, but I don't think so.
He was up against a punching bag, but he looked to have superb punch selection, volume, and stamina.

Reminded me of Calz, but also of Oosthuizen. He puts more on his shots than either of those two, though, but doesn't seem to hit as hard as Joe could.

 

Cleverly has an action packed style, but he tries too hard. If he thought more when he launches his attacks I think it would benefit him especially against better opposition because he did miss a shit load against Hawk.
